• $300 per person Initial Deposits due now

  • $1,000 per person for Suites and Villas​

• 50% of trip balance due by February 15th

• 75% of trip balance due by April 15th 

• Final payments due by June 15th 

Our payment schedule is aligned with ther terms of our agreement with the resort, therefore the cancellation is as follows:

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• Payments are non-transferable

At D90 Travel, we are committed to providing you with an unforgettable travel experience. To ensure your journey is as enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the following important information and guidelines:

1. Travel Documents:

Before embarking on your adventure with D90 Travel, please ensure you have all the necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required permits. Make copies of these documents and store them separately for added security.

• US Passports must be valid for the period of stay in the Dominican Republic

• 1 page required for entry stamp

• Visas are not required for visits shorter than 30 days

2. Travel Insurance:

For peace of mind during your travels, consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We have parterned with Allianz Travel to provided coverage for Professional Relaxation guests, click here to review pricing and coverage details.

3. Complimentary Transfers

Professional Relaxation guests will receive complimentary transfers to/from PUJ airport and the resort.  Flight details must be recieved by July 26th.  Guests that do not provide their flight details by this date will be responsible for making thier own arrangements at their own expense.

• Please note, complimentary transfers are only valid for reservation dates confirmed with D9O Travel.

4. Airfare is NOT included

Your travel package includes accomodations, transportation, and parties and events.  Guests are responsible for making their own flight arrangements and for providing their flight details to the Professional Relaxation team before July 26th to confirm transfers.

5. Late Fees

Please note $50 late fees will apply for guests that do not meet the 50% and/or 75% payment schedule requirements.  A late fee of $100 will be applied to guests that do not meet the the final payment schedule requirement.  Once a late fee is applied, guests will have two additional weeks to meet the payment requirements before their reservation is canceled.

6. Payment Adjustments

All payment adjustments will be less the payment processing fees unless the reason for the adjustment was an error by D9O Travel.
